As we cruise through our 10th year in business, Team R2M2 has been on the move. We’ve been connecting, demoing, and gathering insights from some of the industry’s most energizing events. From paddlers to park owners, hot springs to hearty breakfasts, we’ve had the chance to share what’s new with R2M2 Solutions while learning a ton along the way.
February: Missouri Canoe and Floaters Association (MCFA)
Springfield, MO kicked off our year with a high-energy gathering of outfitters and floaters. At the MCFA Conference, we highlighted upgrades to our reservation system, POS tools, and guest experience features, all built with paddlesports in mind. RFID wristbands for equipment tracking and updated map integrations drew a lot of attention from businesses looking to streamline operations.
March: Northeast Campground Association (NCA)
Next up was the NCA Conference in Southbridge, Massachusetts. We met campground and resort owners from across the region and talked shop about managing properties more efficiently. Our web-based platform, restaurant and retail integration, and dynamic pricing tools were popular topics, especially for seasonal operators trying to maximize bookings and cut down on administrative load.
May: Hot Springs Connection (HSC)
Our final spring stop took us to Glenwood Springs for the Hot Springs Connection Conference. This was a perfect venue to showcase our hospitality-focused features. We demonstrated the new restaurant module, flexible guest scheduling, and browser-based tools that let staff manage the property from anywhere. The energy, the feedback, and the spa water were all excellent.

What’s Next for R2M2?
The journey’s far from over. We’re already gearing up for two more shows to close out the year. In October, we’ll be at the White Label Expo in Las Vegas, where we’ll connect with retailers and tech-forward businesses exploring integrated POS and property management tools. Then in December, we’ll wrap up the year at the Branson Campground Owners Expo, right in our backyard.
